Marketplace

The marketplace lives in Settings → Plugins, where you can browse and install plugins without leaving the app. A plugin is a small package of skills. A skill is a reusable playbook the agent follows, like a monthly review or a subscription audit. See Plugins for more details.

How the list is built

An automatic index builds the list. It includes every public GitHub repository with the accountant24-plugin topic that holds a valid plugin. A listing means only that the author added that topic to their own repository. The list refreshes about every 30 minutes, and the Refresh button downloads the current one. You can browse the same index at accountant24/marketplace. To report a plugin, open an issue or a pull request against blocklist.json in the marketplace repository. The index never lists blocked repositories.

Install only plugins you trust

A plugin is third-party software. Its author writes, licenses and maintains it, and can change it at any time, even after you install it. Accountant24 does not review, approve or host community plugins. The marketplace is an index of public repositories. The app downloads a plugin from its author’s repository once you confirm the install. An installed plugin runs with the same access as the app itself: your ledger, your files, your machine. The Official badge marks plugins published by Accountant24 itself. Everything else is a community plugin, and the app warns you before installing one. Check the plugin’s source code in its repository before you install it. Start with the skill files. Those instructions are what the agent follows, and any scripts they mention are what it may run. Installing a plugin is your decision and your risk. Accountant24 comes as is, without warranty of any kind. It takes no responsibility for what a plugin does with your data.

Publish your own plugin

Put your plugin in a public GitHub repository and add the topic accountant24-plugin. It appears at the next refresh. See the Create a plugin page for more details.
