# Quickstart

> Download the Accountant24 desktop app, connect an LLM (ChatGPT or Claude subscription, API key, or local Ollama), and log your first transaction in minutes.

## Get started

1. Download [Accountant24](https://github.com/machulav/accountant24/releases/latest/download/Accountant24.dmg) for Apple Silicon Macs and install it.
2. Launch Accountant24.
3. Connect your LLM provider.
4. Pick your favorite model and start chatting.
